Crap. Cant lose fat even after playing squash.

lol. must be all the food eaten over this past 15 days of CNY. anyways,

so you run up, down, spin to the left, right and after doing that for 1 hour, or maybe 45 mins, you still cant seen to get rid of fat. yesterday, 97 kgs. today, 100. wtf man?
running all over that court, t-shirt drenched and socks too, still 100kgs ! knn.
maybe need to play with another human instead of just me, the racquet and the ball. maybe not doing enought. maybe too relax liao. or maybe its the dinner after that hour that puts back all the fat?
burn baby burn! an hour. not long enough a time to lose weight?
does home cooked food put back so much "fat"?
i dont believe it. sigh.
maybe i just got to do this squash thing everyday instead of every week? lol
that might be it than.
